Artist's Description
We must remember to express gratitude for those who support us in this life and beyond. However, a similar practice is done during funerals as the loved one descends into the ground. Prayers and soil are sprinkled onto the person usually followed by the words- "Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust."
