Embracing Liberty metal print by Patricia Sabreee. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Artist's Description
This piece was inspired by connecting the French with Gullah. I wanted to honor the original Statue of Liberty as it was a black woman. The "torch" is the Eiffel Tower. The Gullah roses are a gift to the soldiers. The stars are the fallen.
